At Raine Designs, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We personally oversee each order before it is sent out for delivery to ensure there are no faults or damages to the items.

We accept refunds and exchanges on all full-priced purchases when notified within 14 days of order receipt. Items must be returned new, unused, odourless and unmarked with all original tags intact and in their original packaging. We do not accept the return of items on a change-of-mind basis and take no responsibility for returns received in a damaged condition without prior notice. Any items that have been purchased on sale or have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.

Please complete our Return Form and email it to customercare@rainedesigns.com.au

Once your return request has been evaluated and we confirm that your order is faulty within the guidelines of our policy, we will request that you return your items to the address below.

We recommend that you return the items through traceable mail as they are under your duty until received by Raine Designs. Please keep your postage receipt until we have acknowledged receipt of your items. You will bear the postage cost for the return except where Raine Designs subsequently deems the returned items faulty, in which case the postage cost will be refunded.

Raine Designs will email to confirm when a return has been received and offer a replacement product, credit note or refund at our discretion.

Refunds may only be issued through the payment system used by the customer for the purchase. Should this be an issue, our customer care team must be contacted before the return of any items. Raine Designs will not be held accountable for any issues arising with refunds to the original account due to the customer’s failure to notify before the return is made. We aim for refunds to be processed within 7 business days.
